How to disguise those extra inches around our mid section!

My last post I received a great question, "How to disguise those extra inches around our mid section." Well you asked, here goes, this is my quick fix trick that works like a charm!

OK, as a Pilates trainer I must first say and encourage, the best way to disguise the extra inches around our midsection is to get RID of those extra inches with exercise and a balanced healthy diet. I understand it takes time, energy, and commitment, but believe me its so worth it!

On the other hand, maybe you just need a quick fix! I've got a great trick for jeans or pants! I use it if I'm PMSing, during my menstruation cycle, or whenever. You know when its that time of the month, nothing fits and you feel like you gained a million pounds! Well this is my quick fix trick, I take a rubber band, like you would use in your hair for a ponytail or something (make sure its not a thick rubber band medium is best) you then take the rubber band and twist it so its shaped like a figure 8, then you loop one side of it around the button of your pants, then take the other loop and slip it through the hole, then take that loop and put it over the button, and WA LA!!! You've got an extra inch or so to work with, but make sure your zipper is all the way up and you wear a shirt that will cover the top of your jeans or pants, this quick fix trick always get me through those bloat days. FYI this may not work for everyone, but try it out and see if it works for you!
